Khaoula graduated from Business School with a master’s degree in human resources and began her recruitment career at Michael Page covering French speaking Africa. She has successfully recruited a large number of roles for both local and multinational businesses, these positions included mid-managers to senior directors from various backgrounds across different sectors.

In 2019, she joined Carter Murray in Dubai to lead the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences practice across the MENA region, given her strong network in the sector and track record.

Khaoula is multilingual and speaks Arabic, French and English. She has strong communication skills combined with great candidate and client relationships. She spends time at the start of the process to get a deep understanding of the technical, cultural, and commercial requirements for the role and this coupled with a detailed, focused search methodology are reflected in the excellent results she achieves for her clients.
