She loves delivering top service for candidates and clients and enjoys building long term relationships. With over six years' international recruitment experience across London and Australia, Carlie brings a global perspective and a people-first approach to everything she does. Before joining Joss Search, Carlie lived in South Africa and Australia, before making the move to London. Carlie speaks three languages and has a strong passion for culture and travelling - something that reflects in her work across international markets. Outside of the office, she enjoys painting, music, creating media content, and spending most of her free time with family in Italy!
