Martin Dommermuth has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR Management, Organization Theory and Psychology. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition on a global level. He has successfully completed search assignments on top management level such as C-level roles, President, SVP/VP as well highly specialized functions in e.g. Operations, R&D, SCM, Sales & Marketing, HR and Finance & Controlling. As a Managing Partner at RSVP Group, Martin is responsible for managing client relationships and the acquisition of new executive search projects with clients from the chemical, medtech, healthcare and consumer sectors globally with a focus on the US. Since January 2021, he has taken over a leading role in developing RSVP’s growing US business.
