He works across stages: venture, growth, private equity and public. His sector specialties are consumer internet, consumer retail, and digital entertainment and media. Prior to his career in search, Thor worked at Thomson Reuters managing engineering to build financial software products and services. He started his search career at Riviera while living in San Francisco. Thor earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Business Administration degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He splits time between New York and California and spends his free time seeking out new places to travel for sightseeing, cuisine, surf and snow.
