Marcela holds a degree in psychology from the Gabriela Mistral University with a postgraduate qualification in the systemic focus of interpersonal relations. She was previously a Human Resources Manager with Jumbo Hypermarkets, before moving on as Selection and Recruitment Manager at Sodimac. Before joining TRANSEARCH she worked with Hunters Consultants as Senior Consultant. Marcela speaks fluent Spanish and English and is based in Santiago.
