A co-founder of The Insight Group and with over 25 years executive search experience, Peter is a recognised and respected member of the industry.

Peter has considerable depth of experience assisting clients both within Australia as well as international markets. This expertise covers a wide range of industries including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Health, Financial Services and Outsourcing. He has made numerous C-Suite appointments across these sectors as well as other highly specialised roles. A key focus of his consulting activity also involves working with family and private businesses.

In addition to his leadership role at The Insight Group, Peter remains closely “hands-on” with the firm’s clients and continues to conduct search assignments for both public and private sector organisations.

Peter believes it is important to give-back to the community and the industry that has supported him and over his career he has been actively involved within a number of community organisations including Swinburne University, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as a Director of the Melbourne Homeless World Cup.
