I am currently the Director of Operations and Recruitment Services at EGM Partners, where we are achieving a reputation in customer service excellence. We live and breathe recruitment and we are raising the bar on service delivery in the recruitment industry. We specialise in placing Executive, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Administrative, Technical and Engineering positions. Prior to EGM, I was the General Manager of Recruitment Services at Locher. I joined Locher in May 2012 to manage both the government and corporate recruitment teams leading 10 staff members. Locher specialised in the placement of temporary and permanent positions in Office Support, Human Resources and Accounting & Finance disciplines across the public and private sectors. In 2013 I was honoured to be recognised as SA's Professional Emerging Aspiring Recruitment Leader, for RCSA's PEARL Award. Prior to accepting the role at Locher, I was the Associate Director of Office Support and HR at Hudson which experienced significant bottom line growth in my time there. To date, I have been responsible for negotiating supplier agreements with a range of well known companies in South Australia ensuring an ethical, fast, and customer focused approach.
