Ali joined JMES in 2012 and has been recruiting across the Banking and Funds sector since 2005. She holds a Master of Arts degree from University of Aberdeen and began her recruitment career in the UK with Hays, where she specialised in Investment Management across a variety of domestic and international firms before relocating to Australia in 2008 as part of their Banking and Finance division. Ali joined JMES in 2012 to specialise within the executive search market.
