Rida, born and raised in Dubai has been recruiting in the Middle East since 2018. Since joining the firm as an Associate in the Accounting and Finance division of Cooper Fitch she has achieved multiple promotions and has naturally progressed into her current role as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Consultant, she specialises in the search and selection of candidates within sales and marketing, public relations and communications, within FMCG, retail and luxury, across both the private and public sectors in the Gulf region. Her knowledge and expertise in this market has not only been enhanced through her extensive work experience in the Middle East but through her Bachelor of Business Administration qualification where she majored in marketing. Rida works closely with clients across the Gulf and is able to demonstrate her skills by attracting first-rate talent and subject matter experts to ensure lasting and successful placements.
