Arjan has extensive experience as an interim manager in healthcare, including at the Flevo hospital in Almere, the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital, and Gelre Ziekenhuizen. He strongly believes in connecting leadership, because the major interventions required in healthcare transformations only succeed if there is broad support within the organisation. With his businesslike and human approach, Arjan has proven to structurally solve problematic situations within healthcare institutions. Outside working hours, Arjan is a passionate triathlete.
