Biography
Peter Zitzlsperger is an expert in contract logistics, in-house packaging solutions, export packaging, as well as site development and process optimization in industrial supply chains. With over 30 years of experience in logistics – many of which have been in management positions – he possesses in-depth operational and strategic expertise, particularly in automotive and packaging logistics. As a member of the management team with power of attorney, he played a key role in the establishment and expansion of logistics sites with several hundred employees. In addition to personnel and site responsibility, he also assumed project management, IT system integration (including web-based WMS), and the development of complex packaging and transport processes – for example, in the aftersales sector for leading automobile manufacturers.
He particularly focuses on optimizing production-related processes and implementing technical solutions, such as automated packaging with over 30 machines or the integration of digital control and planning systems for trade fair and series logistics. Peter Zitzlsperger is a certified industrial master craftsman for warehouse management (IHK) and has extensive experience in implementing quality management systems, training teams, and internal and external process communication. Since 2024, he has worked as an entrepreneur and freelance consultant and interim manager. Previously, he was managing director and authorized signatory in companies with up to 750 employees, responsible for operational management, customer relationships, and the expansion of entire logistics departments.
