Thomas studied social sciences and began his career as a co-founder of an IT start-up. Even then, his focus was on recruiting, employer branding, and developing the specialists and managers of tomorrow. In 2015, he started as a Junior Project Consultant, primarily managing search assignments for clients in the (micro)electronics, automotive, and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. His consulting expertise lies particularly with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the hidden champions in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, and Rhineland-Palatinate.
