I sit within the wider professional services team supporting a range of firms such as legal, management consultancies, accountancy and real estate. I focus on the more senior end of the market supporting specialists and generalists from senior managers and or business partners and above. Forming part of a larger professional services team, as a group, we support at all levels and primarily look after permanent opportunities within this space. I have a number of years’ experience both as an HR practitioner and also recruiting HR professionals. I began my HR career in law firms as a generalist and am CIPD qualified. I transitioned into recruitment having found it to be an area I was increasingly passionate about. I wanted the variety of supporting different businesses with their HR needs and adding value by being able to understand the intricacies of HR into partnership environments as well as those more commercial. My experience with Frazer Jones has given me great insight into both the commercial world as well as my core which is professional services. I graduated with a business degree specialising in Human Resource Management and also completed my CIPD a few years later. This academic grounding coupled with practical knowledge has given me the ability to connect with both candidates and clients across a number of sectors. Over the years my work has been both retained and contingent delivering on projects as well as individual roles. I have partnered closely with organisations and enjoy building relationships with clients in order to understand teams and requirements in more detail. This has also included time on site directly with clients to really offer a bespoke service as part of a wider retained assignment. As a mother of two boys my time is consumed with various sporting activities and also being designated driver. Whilst it takes up most of my Saturdays I love nothing more than being knee deep in mud on a rugby field! When given the luxury of spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors as well as spending time with wider family. Reading is also a passion of mine and enjoy escaping into a good book.
