Kathrin Fischer is Director Research and Markets at tomkos.partners in Hamburg. When she joined tomkos.partners, she looks back on over 20 years of industry experience, most recently as Research Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked from 2007 to 2024. As a member of the European CFO practice group and the German CEO & Board practice group with a focus on the industrial sector, she managed a wide range of mandates together with Thomas Tomkos. Before joining RRA, Kathrin Fischer worked for almost seven years for the Boston Consulting Group in Hamburg and London as a researcher for the Energy practice group. Her responsibilities included the procurement, preparation, analysis and documentation of internal and external data and information. After completing her studies, Ms. Fischer initially worked as a training officer for the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce in the conception, planning and organization of training measures. Kathrin Fischer studied nutritional science at the Technical University of Munich, including a semester in Cambridge as part of an Erasmus scholarship. In addition to her native German, she speaks fluent English, good Spanish and has basic knowledge of Swedish.
