Anne Mazuel, Associate Director of Arrowman Executive Search, is in charge of the Consumer Practice (Luxury, Retail and Consumer Products) and also operates significantly internationally in Industry and BtoB Services. For more than 15 years Anne has supported large international groups - among the market leaders - on recruitment consultancy missions exclusively in top management (CEO, CEO, COMEX and N-1 of COMEX) in France and intensively internationally . Anne has successfully led a large number of sensitive recruitments, at a very high level and across all business lines in major transformation contexts (Turnaround, strong growth and merger-acquisition context) on behalf of large groups (CAC40, SBF 120). Prior to joining Arrowman, Anne developed a career as a recruitment consultant with Leaders Trust International, where she worked exclusively on “C-Level” type hunts. Anne graduated from a business school (EDC Paris La Défense) supplemented by an MBA in business management from IAE obtained at the University of Paris La Sorbonne.
