In 1987, Guido Schilling joined the executive search company founded in 1980 as a partner, which now trades as guido schilling ag. In 2010 he founded schilling partners ag. With over 30 years of experience in executive search, he has proven experience and has had a decisive influence on the industry in Switzerland. With his profound know-how, he specializes in filling positions at the highest management level and board of directors mandates. Before his career in executive search, Guido Schilling held various management positions in international companies. He lives the entrepreneurial spirit as a founder, head and member of numerous organizations and associations to this day. He was the initiator and founding president of the Rotary Club Zurich Turicum and for a long time presided over the jury for the Marketing Trophy Switzerland. He was also a lecturer and examination expert for marketing for ten years. For many years, as a board member of a social institution, he campaigned for the professional integration of people with disabilities. Guido Schilling is a business economist and continues to educate himself on management and leadership topics. Guido Schilling has made a valuable contribution to transparency in the Swiss economy since 2006 with the established schilling report on the composition of the top management of the 100 largest Swiss companies. In addition to German as his mother tongue, Guido Schilling speaks English.
