Travis joined The Bowdoin Group in April 2020 and is currently a Principal. At the firm, he is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and working to attract, recruit, and evaluate executive-level talent for searches within the Digital Health and Software & Technology vertical practices. Travis is passionate about helping growth-stage companies build talented teams capable of executing their mission. Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Travis was a Talent Attraction Consultant at Pegasystems where he focused on corporate recruiting for the go-to-market function. Previously, he was a part of the Executive Search team at WinterWyman. Travis earned his M.B.A. from Boston College and he graduated from The University of Iowa with a degree in Political Science. Travis serves as a board member for Rebuilding Together Boston, a local nonprofit focused on safe and health housing for low-income homeowners. Outside of work, Travis spends his time on a basketball court, investing, reading, traveling, and cooking.
