Mr. Sharma has over 35 years of international management experience with in-depth interdisciplinary understanding and expertise in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, as well as in the Telecom, Logistics, Chemicals, and Consumer Goods industries. He has an extensive track record in hiring senior management for highly-regulated and developing economies such as India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia, and Mexico, as well as developed economies like the USA and the UK, in which he has built leadership teams and delivered Management Development programmes. Mr. Sharma has held key management roles with global Life Sciences and Healthcare organisations such as Fresenius Kabi and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, and he also has experience with India's number one telecom company – Airtel. Finally, Mr. Sharma is a trained behavioural process worker and an accredited executive coach & MBTI assessor. Mr. Sharma holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies in Delhi and a degree in Law from the University of Rajasthan. He speaks fluent English and Hindi.
