Sean is based in Aberdeen as Managing Partner EMEA and is a founding member of Ducatus Partners. Sean has worked in executive search since 2006 and began his recruitment career working for a FTSE 100 recruitment company where he grew a successful oil and gas practice focused on the North Sea region. Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Sean worked for a leading international boutique search firm for over 10 years. He held a range of leadership positions and was ultimately responsible for the EMEA business. During this period, Sean had additional responsibility for operations excellence across the whole group as well as running the company’s private equity practice. Sean has broad experience at board level across the energy value chain. He possesses particular expertise advising investors on leadership appointments and talent management, working closely with private equity investors on executive and non-executive appointments.
