I am a charity manager with experience in setting up charities, developing strategies and plans, and troubleshooting or providing interim solutions. I have worked across several sectors but with deeper experience in mental health, community development, substance misuse and homelessness. I often work with organisations to develop their strengths through designing new services and projects. I have worked on mergers and collaborations, working with board members, staff and service users. I bring HR qualifications and experience which I combine with pragmatic operational knowhow. I like doing turnaround work, helping organisations and people find new routes when they are stuck or facing difficulties. I also enjoy helping to create spaces for new solutions through collaborations or facilitation.
