A recruitment expert with a particular interest in the technology sector, he began his career in the Technology Consulting sector before founding an HR consulting firm specializing in career support for engineers in 2008. After this enriching experience of great learning and thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the technology sector and his passion for people, Lionel moved towards recruitment expertise. Since 2010, he has held positions as Consultant, Manager and Practice Director within renowned firms in the field of Tech & Digital recruitment. Today, Lionel joins W Executive, where he supports partners in the recruitment of executives and senior managers. He also leads the volume IT recruitment business, called RPO Tech. Thanks to his experience and expertise in recruitment, he is able to help companies find the best talent for their teams, focusing on the human and technical skills required to succeed in the world of technology. As a responsible leader, he ensures the development of his employees and contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by bringing an innovative, agile vision focused on human values. Lionel graduated from SKEMA Business School, where he obtained a Master's degree in Marketing & Management in 2003. To perfect his technological expertise, he followed a High Potential Digital Entrepreneurship course at Centrale Supélec in 2018.
