Edem offer’s clients a personalised experience, each client relationship she forms is as unique as the client themselves. She doesn’t believe in a one size fits all approach, but she tailors every part of her processes to suit the clients needs and personality. Prior to joining profusion, Edem was a legal recruiter within a specialist, boutique, legal recruitment firm. Here she recruited for lawyers, associates, senior associates and solicitors. Prior to this she was in sales and marketing for a few years before deciding to transition into recruitment. Edem enjoys yoga as her form of exercise and over the last few months she has worked on setting up a social enterprise which endeavours to improve BIPOC communities quality of life and their access to social services.
