Roni Henderson is a Principal at Adam James International. She brings 15 years of recruiting experience in retained search as well as internal recruiting for some of Denver’s Fortune 500 companies including Newmont Mining, Western Union and Arrow Electronics. Prior to recruiting, Roni spent 13 years working in sales and operations in the logistics industry. Utilizing her extensive background, Roni specializes in executive searches pertaining to Supply Chain and Human Resource leadership. She earned her Master in International Business from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and BSBA in Transportation & Logistics from The Ohio State University.
