Kirsten manages the Fisher Leadership practice in New Zealand. With a background in human resources, Kirsten specialises in international senior executive appointments in the higher education sector, managing flexible search processes with positive outcomes, ensuring that clients are provided with insightful assessments and that candidates feel they are in safe and trusted hands on their leadership journey.
