Originally from Ireland, Noelle moved to Sydney in 2015 and built her recruitment career at Hays and Randstad before joining TOM’s HR division in 2024. With a Diploma in HR Management, Noelle recruits HR professionals across all levels of seniority. She’s known for her honesty, transparency, and commitment to providing the best client and candidate experience. Outside of work, Noelle is passionate about quality time with family and friends.
