Miya is a Senior Consultant of AIMS International Korea’s Automotive and Industrial practice. She provides a full range of search services from junior, mid-level professionals to senior executives across automotive industries as well as the related enterprises such as Hyundai Elevator and Sedgwick, a British Multinational Insurance company.

Prior to joining AIMS International Korea, she was Head of Human Resources in an automotive parts manufacturer, Tier 1. She started her career as a Sales and Marketing professional for Hyundai/Kia and GM Korea where she acquired a wide range of professional network including the procurement, R&D and finance functional areas. She is experienced in hiring great professionals during the organisational restructuring.

She earned an MBA from Korea University Business School (KUBS), a top Executive MBA program in Seoul where she forged meaningful relationships with senior executives from Korea’s major conglomerates. Worked and lived in Japan, she is also familiar with Japanese culture, people and language.
