John serves as a Principal within ZRG’s Industrial Practice in Chicago. He has driven success at all levels from plant manager to CEO roles across the Industrial space for publicly-traded, private-equity backed, and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining ZRG, John spent time in investment banking and education. John specializes in the recruitment of P&L leaders including Chief Executive Officers, Presidents and General Managers. He also has a strong focus on Manufacturing Operations roles including Director/VP Operations, Plant Managers, Supply Chain Leadership and Continuous Improvement roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College (IL) in Business/Economics and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago.
