Steen has more than 35 years of experience from the global life science industry. He has worked as CEO and in other executive positions overseeing strategic leadership and operational management of stock-listed companies, geographical regions, affiliates, distributors and global teams within pharma, medtech, and biotech. Steen has international experience from working and living abroad in Spain and Italy, from working in Germany and having had global responsibilities of distributors and commercial partners. His experience stems from research, clinical trials, business development and a large span of other commercial activities, where he has been driving transformation and performance creating positive results. Steen is an expert in leading strategy processes and in execution of planned activities having focus on the internal and external communication. His results have been obtained in both start-up and larger organisations. He has a passion for leadership and people management creating results together with highly skilled persons across geographical and organizational borders.
