Lily currently leads and manages a team of more than 30 in PageGroup’s Beijing office, where she started out as a recruitment consultant in 2010. She specialised in Financial Services in Beijing and expanded her scope to Real Estate and Human Resources disciplines in North China three years later. With her extensive market knowledge and dedication, Lily has built long-term partnerships with her clients and proactively provides C-suite hiring solutions to them. Lily understands the need for different leadership skills in different organisations. Having lived and studied abroad, she also adds value in terms of her knowledge about cultural fit.
