Claudia Nussberger looks back on 20 years of management experience in sales and management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry. Her career has included positions at T-Systems International , Swisscom and Alcatel Lucent Switzerland , now Nokia Switzerland , before she moved into the executive search sector in 2012 and built up the 'Global Technology & Services Practices' and the 'CEO & Board Practice' in Switzerland at an international, listed executive search company. The focus of her consulting work today is on the management of ICT companies (Information and Communication Technology), software companies, M&A companies and companies in the logistics/transport, healthcare, industry, energy and insurance sectors. She fills CEO/CSO/CIO/CDO/CHRO roles just as routinely and successfully as specialist functions in the IT sector. She also supports boards of directors in recruitment and selection processes. Ms. Nussberger also has a master certification in "Profiling Values", one of our supporting assessment tools. In addition to this activity, she offers coaching for top-level managers on request.
