Patrycja has over 12 years of multi-cultural search experience and has worked as a Regional Consultant for Central & Eastern Europe. Her executive search expertise includes senior assignments for Industrial and Consumer Markets, Life Sciences and Technology.

Prior to her career in executive search, she worked in sales for a leading telecommunication carrier, where she successfully secured business with a number of multinational clients.

Patrycja holds an M.Sc. degree in International Relations and a DESS in Political Science. A Polish native speaker, Patrycja is also fluent in English and French.
