A graduate in Finance and Management Control from the University of Economics of Orléans, Jean-Michel Théry has spent most of his career in Consulting and Management positions within the financial sector, both in France and the Maghreb. His career began in the mutual sector, where he worked at the Mutualité Sociale Agricole d'Ile de France and then at the Caisse Autonome de Retraite des Anciens Combattants as Head of Department. He then joined Société Générale as a Consulting Organizer for 6 years, before continuing his career for 9 years at Sema Group (now Atos Consulting), as Senior Manager. Within Atos Consulting, Jean-Michel discovered Morocco in 1999 during a mission for a Moroccan bank (Wafabank). This mission will be the foundation of the rest of his career since he will experience a real love at first sight for Morocco where he will stay more than four years in mission. Settled permanently in Morocco in July 2007, Jean-Michel puts his experience of more than 20 years, including 10 years on Moroccan territory, at the service of the development of companies wishing to develop there. Since October 2008, Jean-Michel has been particularly involved in the development of the firm's activity in Morocco, where the firm is present to meet the needs of Moroccan subsidiaries of multinationals, as well as the needs of Moroccan companies needing to recruit local or foreign profiles with high potential.
