I always have been very multiverse, studying marketing and finance in three countries, starting my career in audit and transaction services, to land in Executive Search and HR Consultancy after a short while at a listed VC with 35 internet scale ups. I made my first strides into Executive search at a listed US executive search firm, after about 5 years I joined the Kienbaum family with some other former colleagues in Germany & Austria. Since then, I developed further expertise in financial, commercial, HR and general leadership positions in industries such as High Tech, Consumer/Retail, Building/Construction & RE and (New) Energy. I personally have two passions, one is to develop organization, people and as a result our planet, my second passion is to explore new things, new technologies, new methods, new countries. Always with a drive for quality and a sustainable mindset.
