Ben has twenty years’ experience in infrastructure-related industries working with clients in a wide range of global geographic regions. He has built a reputation as an expert in the provision of search, assessment and market intelligence services across the globe. Ben is motivated by the desire to fully understand his clients and the context that surrounds their organisational objectives, whether these be regulatory, commercial, diversity or talent.

Before joining Granger Reis Ben served as a Recruitment Manager at Balfour Beatty and worked at a UK-based executive search business.
