This also makes her a good sparring partner for clients, candidates and colleagues. ​ ​ She has built up a particularly solid understanding of the oil and gas sector, and has played a central role in the development of Visindi Stavanger. Siv Tone, who is from the Stavanger area, likes to stay active all year round and is involved in the local formative environment, through the FAU (parents’ council) and football. Siv Tone has a Master’s in Management with a specialization in HR from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, and is certified in OPQ and JTI.​
