Stephanie joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2021. She is an AIRS Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter, experienced in candidate sourcing and screening. While at Isaacson, Miller, Stephanie has served clients in academic medicine and higher education, presenting them with broad and diverse pools of candidates. Her searches include deans, chairs, and directors in the areas of healthcare, life sciences, and STEM. Prior to joining Isaacson, Miller, Stephanie worked with Rubin/Anders Scientific, Inc., where she sourced and screened academic and industry-based technical consultants and expert witnesses. Earlier in her career she worked as an Economic Consultant at Charles River Associates and at Analysis Group, where she managed cost of illness studies published in peer-reviewed journals for the health care industry. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government where she focused on health policy. Stephanie has volunteered for more than a decade in top leadership roles of local non-profit organizations that support public school education. She has also enjoyed serving on screening committees for the positions of high school Assistant Principal and district Superintendent.
