Ella is a Senior Consultant within the In-house team at MRA Search, specialising in placing Knowledge Lawyers and diversifying fee-earners into Knowledge lawyer / in-house positions. Having joined MRA search in 2022, her expertise involves placing lawyers within varying levels of seniority across all practice areas, into high-profile UK and US law firms. Originally from Nigeria, Ella graduated from The University of Nottingham, with an LLB (Hons) in Law. Prior to joining MRA, she worked for a global education provider called Kaplan Student Pathways where she was a Trainee Advisor. Ella enjoys immersing herself in films and Cinematography. Outside of her professional life, she often spends her free time watching and critiquing them.
