Rebecca Divita is a Senior Managing Partner at Purcell International Group. Rebecca joined Purcell in 2020 as a research associate focusing on manufacturing operations, distribution, and integrated supply chain planning in the industrial, aerospace and defense, consumer goods, and retail sectors. She is currently responsible for the entire executive search lifecycle for clients in the industrial manufacturing, technical products manufacturing, and aerospace and defense industries, as well as in the CPG and Food & Beverage industries and has successfully completed searches from Director to Officer-levels. She managed strategic accounts such as Mastercard, 20th Century Studios, and Volkswagen, focusing on customer relationships, driving revenue growth and streamlining processes for her clients. Graduating with honors with a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College and a Graduate degree in Education from CSUN, Rebecca also worked in the Los Angeles Unified School District as a 4th grade teacher.
