Tobias is Partner, Senior Consultant and head of the Novare Executive Search Tech team. Tobias has worked with recruitment and assessment since 2004 and has primarily worked at board and management group level. Before Novare he worked at Amrop, Proximo and most recently Burro Advisors which he co-founded in 2016. Tobias has a double degree in economics and behavioral science and is certified in work psychological testing by Psykologisk Metod and in board work by Styrelseakademin.
