Marion conducts executive searches focused on senior managers and high-potential executives across the entire Insurance, Asset Management and Banking industries. She is engaged in researches throughout the French territory.

Marion has both an extensive corporate and head hunting firm experience. Marion started her career as an auditor at KPMG, where she specialized in insurance services.

Thereafter, she joined Robert Walters and became Insurance sector Manager. It was in this context that one of her clients, Swiss Life, presented her with the opportunity to fully insource her headhunting functions internally. She subsequently joined the Group’s Human Resources Department for more than seven years as a Talent Acquisition Manager, before becoming the HR Development Director.

At the start of 2020, she joined Synapse as a Partner to develop the Insurance / Banking / Asset Management practice as well as to support strategies for human capital development with high added value.

Marion is a graduate of the University of Paris IX Dauphine with a Double Masters in Accounting, Control and Audit, as well as Insurance Techniques and Risk Management.
