A twenty-year veteran of professional services prior to joining ZRG Partners, Davonne has held leadership roles in employee benefits and benefits administration outsourcing, talent, business process consulting, and growth. At Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson), she held leadership roles in one of the fastest growing businesses within the company, and managed quality, learning, and recruiting for various client teams. Most recently, at RSR Partners, she helped lead the firm’s Human Capital Practice as well as its analytics efforts. She was also a member of the firm’s Retail Practice. Prior to RSR Partners, she was the director of marketing operations for Top Line Impact, a strategic sales effectiveness consulting firm serving Fortune 500 companies and other large corporate clients. Davonne has experience working in a variety of sectors, including entertainment, food and beverage, industrial, retail and luxury, energy, technology, and financial services. Davonne holds a bachelor of arts degree from Gordon College. She served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Stony Brook School from 2008 until 2012. In her free time, Davonne enjoys travel, fashion, and golf.
