I have been in the recruitment industry since 2006 and have experienced a variety of roles across the back office including administration, compliance, contracts & legal and supplier & relationship management. I have gained a lot of experience with the operational side of the business as well as the communication and building relationships side. I value that each area plays its own important role to contribute to a company’s success. I am involved with the operations of the business, creating and implementing processes to ensure we are all as efficient as we can be. I keep up to date with applicable legislation to make sure we are operating compliantly. I am responsible for reviewing client contracts and managing requested changes to our own terms. Mitigating risk is a huge part of the job! Another side of my job is to onboard our contractors, keep in regular contact with them and be on hand to resolve any queries that might arise
