Her entire professional career has been spent in the field of organisation and development of senior management. Previously, he held various responsibilities in the Human Resources Department of international companies, and also worked in several consulting firms. She has a degree in Psychology, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, has completed various postgraduate programs and has specialized training at the Institute of Directors and Administrators (ICA).
