Olga is Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine and is responsible for executive search and assessment within TMT (Telecommunications, Media and Technologies), Consumer Goods, Pharma and Heavy Industry practices. She also has strong expertise in Hogan leadership assessment for top-managers.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Olga worked as a Spanish teacher at Kyiv National Linguistic University where she graduated from the post-graduate studies and wrote a thesis.

Olga has an MA in Foreign Language Study.
