Arne Orhaug is Consultant at AIMS International in Sweden. He has more than 10 years of experience as a consultant within search and selection. Prior to joining AIMS International, Arne worked for a boutique search and selection firm. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant in an international executive search firm in Sweden. Arne began his career in the technology industry where he served for 15 years. During that time, he held management positions in Sweden and in Europe. Arne has managed global teams and he has hands-on experience from international collaboration and cross-border business.

Arne serves clients primarily in the Energy sector, the IT/Telecom sector and in the Industrial sector, with specific focus on top and middle management as well as specialist roles.
