Fiona Colyer (née Taylor) partners with insurance clients and delivers tailored solutions to their leaders and teams. She has experience advising pan-Asia insurance — life and non-life — clients and broader functional hires for financial services. Her recent successful hires include the Hong Kong CEO and Indonesia CEO for a leading international broker and a regional APAC distribution lead for a global life insurance firm. Previously, Fiona was a consultant at a boutique insurance executive search firm. During her time there, she managed senior and mid-level searches across C-suite, senior underwriting, and functional roles. She also undertook a secondment to the US office, focusing on the general insurance market and built their first InsurTech proposition. Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in geography from the University of Newcastle. During her studies, she received the Sonia Stonehouse Expedition Award for her research on the importance of place in the US Film Industry.
