Nicole has been working in the HR field for almost 25 years now. She started her career in HR at Randstad, because she was very curious about what it would be like to play a role in the match between people and work. That turned out to be a bull's eye! She then spent over 20 years helping organisations with all sorts of HR issues. Initially, this mainly involved employer branding and the recruitment and selection of flexible and permanent staff. In 2006, she was closely involved in setting up an executive search label within Randstad. Over the past 10 years, she has held various management and executive positions and has helped organisations not only with the inflow of staff, but also with matters such as strategic staff planning, sustainable employability, training and redundancy issues. She has also advised organisations in the field of data-driven recruitment. Since September 2022, Nicole has been associated with Bureau Blaauw, where she mainly focuses on the mediation of HR management & executive positions and specialist HR positions.
