Kevin Stemke is an associate practice leader who recruits across multiple practices at Charles Aris Executive Search. Prior to joining the executive recruiting firm, Kevin helped grow a start-up company called Replay Photos from inception to acquisition. He worked both in business development and in managing all nonoperational partnerships for the company, which offers a collection of campus, athletic and historical images. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was an All-America selection for the Badgers football team. He won the inaugural Ray Guy Award in 2000 as college football’s most outstanding punter and then spent five years in the National Football League – including action with the Oakland Raiders and St. Louis Rams. Kevin enjoys spending free time outside with his wife, three children and his dog, Penny Lane.
