Prior to joining Amrop, Pernilla worked at Nordea, most recent as Head of Strategy and Performance for Business Banking. Before that she worked closely with Senior Executive Management for Business Banking for several years and other senior decision makers.

She has more than 10 years' experience from Management Consulting at PWC and PWC UK. As a consultant she worked across several industries and functions, on large scale transformation projects, integrations and carve-outs, operational excellence and change management.

Pernilla has a Masters degree in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics, including studies abroad at ICADE University in Madrid.
