Igor Schultz has a degree in business administration from PUC-SP and an MBA in finance from FIA/USP. He has worked as a financial executive and general manager at companies such as Belcom, Schlumberger and NYK, and in 2005 he became a headhunter. In 2011 Igor began his career here, when he became one of the founders of Flow.
